I’m a fourth-year PhD candidate in the Harvard Department of Earth and Planetary Science working with Roger Fu. My research focuses on using a combination of meteorite paleomagnetism and modeling of crustal magnetism to understand Mars’s early dynamo.
The most serious of my many (many, many…) hobbies is ceramics. Since joining the Harvard Ceramics Studio in the fall of 2021, I’ve been making functional pieces (mostly mugs) that attempt to capture some of the strangeness and humor of Boston. I specialize in creating detailed surface designs on mid- and high-fire stoneware.
I was born and raised in Richmond, VA.
